Financial Literacy Program
Financial Literacy teaches 25 Juniors and Seniors at the Value Schools an introduction
to the stock market, economic principles, and the basic research skills to learn about companies.
The class provides active participation with a stock market trading simulation program to invest
in companies over the two months of classes. The final exam leads up to a "stock pitch" for
a company in the S&P 500.
